David Altmejd (b. 1974, Montreal, Canada) is a sculptor who lives and works in New York. He received an MFA from Columbia University in 2001. Altmejd’s work has been the subject of a major retrospective at the Musée d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, which travelled to the Mudam Luxembourg and the Museée d'art contemporain de Montréal and is in numerous public collections including the Art Gallery of Ontario, the Dallas Museum of Art, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and the Whitney Museum of American Art.

Ghada Amer (b.1963, Cairo, Egypt) and Reza Farkhondeh (b. 1963, Iran) both studied at the Institut des Hautes Études en Arts Plastiques in Paris and at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts à la Villa Arson in Nice where they earned MFA degrees. Amer has had solo exhibitions at Annina Nosei Gallery, Deitch Projects, Centro Andaluz de Arte Contemporaneo, Seville, and DE Appel Foundation, Amsterdam to name a few. She and Farkhondeh have exhibited together at the Brooklyn Museum and Singapore Tyler Print Institute. Her work is in the permanent collections of the Art Institute of Chicago, Brooklyn Museum, Centre Georges Pomidou, Detroit Institute of the Arts, Fonds Regional d'Art Contemporain (FRAC), Paris, Indianapolis Museum of Art, Neuberger Berman Art Collection and Samsung Museum, Seoul among others. Farkhondeh has had solo exhibitions at Galerie Philippe Rizzo, Paris, La Chapelle Sainte- Elisabeth, Villefranche-sur-Mer and participated in group exhibitions at the Grolier Club, Kansas City Art Institute, and Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam among others.

Ernesto Caivano (b. 1972, Madrid, Spain) received his MFA from Columbia University in 2001. He has had solo exhibitions at Richard Heller Gallery in Los Angeles, MoMA PS1 in Queens, and Pioneer Works in Brooklyn. Caivano has been included in group shows at Guild and Greyshkul, New York; Bronx River Art Center, New York; Grimm/Rosenfeld, Munich; Grant/Selwyn Fine Art, Los Angeles; and the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York. He currently lives and works in New York.

Eric Fischl (b. 1948) is a painter living and working in New York City and Sag Harbor, New York. He received a BFA in painting from the California Institute of the Arts in 1972. Since his first solo exhibition at the Edward Thorpe Gallery in 1979, he has exhibited widely in the United States and Europe. Notable exhibitions include the Venice Biennale, Biennale de Paris, the Whitney Biennial, The Carnegie International, Pittsburgh, PA, Documenta, Kassel, Germany among others. His work is in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art, New York; the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York; the National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC; and the Musée National D'Art Moderne, Paris, among others.

Tim Gardner (b. 1973) received a BFA from the University of Manitoba in 1996 and a MFA from Columbia University in 1999. He has exhibited his work in solo shows in New York City, Winnipeg and Venice and in numerous group exhibitions in the United States and Europe.

Dana Hoey (b. 1966) received her BA in Philosophy from Wesleyan University and an MFA in photography from Yale in 1997. Hoey’s work examines contemporary female identity through staged and directed photographs and videos. She has exhibited widely in the United States and abroad with notable solo exhibitions at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Detroit in 2017 and the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, Washington, DC in 2000. Her work is held in various public collections including the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York; Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, Washington DC; Smithsonian Institution, DC; Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art; Middlebury College Museum of Art, VT; the National Museum of Women in the Arts, DC; and the Museum of Modern Art, San Francisco.

Leigh Ledare’s (b. 1976) projects have been exhibited extensively in the US and abroad including at The Art Institute of Chicago (2017); The Box, Los Angeles (2017); Office Baroque, Brussel. His work has also been included in numerous group exhibitions including the Whitney Biennial (2017), The Whitney Museum of American Art, New York; and Manifesta 11, Zurich (2016). Ledare’s work is in the public collections of The Museum of Modern Art, New York; The Art Institute of Chicago; The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles; The Hessel Museum of Art, Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson, New York; The Centre Pompidou, Paris; and Fotomuseum Winterthur, Switzerland. In 2017, Ledare was awarded a John Simon Guggenheim Foundation Fellowship.

Shirin Neshat (b. 1957, Qazvin, Iran) arrived in the United States in 1974 to complete her education. She received a BA from the University of Berkeley in 1983 and has spent much of her adult life in exile, returning to Iran for the first time in 1993. Neshat’s photographs, videos and films have been exhibited widely in the United States and internationally at institutions including The Whitney Museum of American Art, NY; the Art Institute of Chicago, IL; Dallas Museum of Ar, TX; Kunsthalle Wien, Vienna; and the Walker Art Center, Minneapolis, MI, among others. She has received numerous honors and awards for her work including First International Prize at the Venice Biennale in 1999 and the Infinity Award from the International Center for Photography, NY in 2002. Neshat lives and works in New York.

Dana Schutz (b. 1976) is a painter who lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. She studied at the Cleveland Art Institute and received an MFA from Columbia University in 2002. Schutz has exhibited widely in the United States and abroad at institutions including the Rose Museum, Brandeis University, Boston, MA; Cleveland Art Museum, Cleveland, OH; Contemporary Fine Arts, Berlin; ICA Boston, MA. Her work is included in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, New York; The Whitney Museum of American Art, New York; The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York; Corcoran Gallery in Washington, DC and The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, CA among others.
